Transcriptome Assembly Utility

TAU v1.4 has been released, and can be downloaded here.

The package includes the main TAU script and Hashmatch.

v1.4 Changes include support for Q-Palma output files, various bug fixes for handling splicing information from gapped EST alignments, a different set up for run-time options, slight changes to the strand-calling mechanism, and minor code optimization.

v1.5, coming soon, will convert TAU to comply completely with the GFF3 format, including requiring GFF3 for all input GFFs. A detailed guide on GFF3 format for TAU usage will be provided to users.
